PRE-INCUBATION PROGRAM FOR THE POTENTIAL ENTREPRENEURS

PROGRAM title: “Unlock your potentials..... Be your own BOSS” ™

PROGRAM OBJECTIVE:

The overall objective of this course is to develop entrepreneurial mindset and enhancing basic applied knowledge necessary for creating an innovative earning venture.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

Ø  Exploring potentialities;

Ø  Discovering opportunities;

Ø  Dream Building;

Ø  Believing own power;

Ø  Making dream a reality.

The PROGRAM will concentrate on exploring key issues facing the entrepreneur such as:

Ø  Entrepreneurship & “entrepreneurial process,”

Ø  Forces to increase odds for success;

Ø  Critical factors to the start-up and survival of an entrepreneurial venture;

Ø  Distinction between a “good idea” and a “good opportunity”;

Ø  Defining Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats;

Ø  Setting up successful, well functioning management teams;

Ø  Available resources and sources of funding;

Ø  Legal, social, environmental, political and infrastructural context & policy frame work;

Ø  Strategies and tactics for entrepreneurial success;

Ø  Setting & harvesting goals for the new venture;
